Some procedures require payment in advance. You will be informed of this at the time your treatment estimate is presented.
As a courtesy to our patients, we will file or assist you in filing a claim for services rendered in our office. Please remember that insurance is considered a method of reimbursing the patient for fees paid to the doctor and is not a substitute for payment. It is your responsibility to pay your account in full or for any balance that is not directly paid to our doctor by your insurance company. Please contact our office if you have any questions concerning your insurance.
